Terms
These terms apply to your use of the Evidence Axis website. They are separate from the terms that govern a research engagement, which are agreed in writing for each project before work begins.
The website
This website describes Evidence Axis services and lets you submit an inquiry. Information on it is provided for general information about the practice. Prices and service descriptions shown here are current at the time of writing and may be updated.
Inquiries are not a contract
Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not by itself create an engagement or an obligation on either side. An engagement begins only when scope, deliverables, timing and price are agreed in writing for a specific project.
How research is conducted
Research draws on lawful, publicly accessible sources and any information a client chooses to share. Findings are based on the sources and boundary defined for the engagement, as of the dates checked. Public information changes over time, and a brief reflects the record at the time of research.
What a brief is — and is not
A brief distinguishes verified fact from reasoned inference and clearly names what cannot be established from public evidence. It is decision support, not a guarantee of any business outcome. It does not claim access to confidential, private or non-public information, and it should not be read as legal, financial or investment advice.
Project terms govern the work
Where these website terms and the terms agreed for a specific engagement differ, the engagement terms govern that work. This page does not replace tailored contractual terms for a project.
Intellectual property
The content, design and visual system of this website belong to Evidence Axis. Deliverables prepared for a client are governed by the rights set out in that engagement's terms.
Governing details
The contracting entity, invoicing arrangements and governing-law details for engagements are being finalized ahead of launch and are confirmed in each engagement's written terms. This page will be updated to reflect them.
These are practical, preliminary website terms. They will be reviewed and expanded before public launch.
