Privacy
This note explains what information Evidence Axis receives through this website, company-specific intelligence deliveries and business correspondence, and how that information is used. Paid engagements are also governed by the terms agreed for that specific project.
Who is responsible
Evidence Axis is operated publicly by Sai Morfi, whose legal name is Mohammad Saeed Farahmand Silab. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@evidenceaxis.com.
If an engagement is contracted through UNIQE OTOMOTİV KİMYA SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, that company may also receive the client and transaction details needed to contract, invoice, keep business records and deliver the work. The applicable contracting party is identified in writing before paid work begins.
Information you provide
If you request a Complimentary Competitive Intelligence Brief, use the paid-engagement inquiry form or contact us by email, we receive the details you choose to send. These may include your name, work email, company, company website, role, competitive decision or research question, named competitors and related context. We use this information to verify or understand the request, respond and, where applicable, prepare the relevant work.
Company and work-email verification
A Complimentary Brief is available to legitimate employees of identifiable companies using a work email. We may compare the email domain, company name and company website, and may manually review a mismatch, to reduce impersonation, spam and other abuse. This verification is used to validate the request; it is not a commercial fit gate and is not used for advertising.
Proactive intelligence deliveries
Evidence Axis may also prepare company-specific intelligence without a prior request when a relevant public competitive trigger is visible. The work is built from lawful, publicly accessible information. A private delivery link may identify the intended company so the correct package can be delivered.
Intelligence-delivery tracking
A company-specific delivery page may record limited operational events so we can confirm whether the work was received and used and distinguish likely human interaction from automated link or security scanning. Events can include the delivery page being viewed, the Executive Intelligence Deck being opened, the Evidence Appendix being opened, a recipient clicking an engagement route, or a short focused-page presence signal.
The delivery record may include the company, unique delivery slug, event type, timestamp, a pseudonymous visitor or session identifier, browser and device characteristics such as user agent, language, timezone and viewport, referrer, and the public IP address associated with the request where available. These signals are used for delivery confirmation, basic security/scanner classification and product learning. They are not used for advertising or to build an advertising profile.
Session storage is used to avoid sending the same operational event repeatedly during one browser session. Local storage may hold a pseudonymous visitor identifier so repeated delivery interactions from the same browser can be recognized. Evidence Axis does not use these identifiers for third-party advertising.
Business correspondence
If we correspond about a possible or active engagement, we keep the information reasonably needed to carry out and account for that work. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Technical information
Basic technical information, such as standard server request data, may be processed to keep the site available and secure. The current site does not use advertising trackers or advertising cookies. Website form submissions and operational delivery events may be transmitted through FormSubmit for delivery to our business inbox. A delivery page may also use an IP lookup service when server-side request metadata is unavailable so the delivery record can distinguish repeated human use from automated scanning. If additional analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
Third parties
Service providers may process limited information where needed for website hosting, email, form delivery, IP lookup, file storage, invoicing or delivery. They are given only the information needed for that function and remain subject to their own security, privacy and legal obligations.
Retention
We keep inquiry, delivery and engagement information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided or collected, and for legitimate business and record-keeping needs, then remove it. If you would like relevant information removed, email hello@evidenceaxis.com.
Your choices
You can ask what inquiry or delivery information we hold about you and request that it be corrected or removed. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply; we will honor applicable requirements.
